Spices & condiments (Coriander, fennel, cumin, bay leaf, cinnamon, red chilli, black cardamom, mace, onion, ginger, garlic, dry mango, black pepper, clove), sugar, iodized salt, rice starch, oregano, tomato powder, corn flour, soy sauce powder, yeast extract and hydrolyzed vegetable protein.

Cooking Instructions:
Nourishing instant noodles:
  • Boil 350 ML of water,
  • Add the noodle cake, along with the seasoning and cook for 4-5 min.
  • Stir and serve hot.
Classic Hakka Noodles

Boil 1.5L of water, add ½ tablespoon of cooking oil & a pinch of salt, add noodles & cook for 6-8 min, stir occasionally, strain, add your preferred sauce and enjoy.

Spaghetti
  • Boil and cook Spaghetti for 6-8 minutes (high flame).
  • Rinse, drain and add to your favourite sauce.
Rigatoni
  • Boil and cook Rigatoni for 7-9 minutes (high flame).
  • Rinse, drain and add to your favourite sauce.
