  1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
    WickedGud provides absolutely free domestic shipping on all orders above Rs. 749/- irrespective of where you live! Our domestic shipping is handled by our logistics partners, FedEx, BlueDart, Aramex, DHL and Delhivery. We are working on adding more logistics partners so we can cover a wider area and provide multiple delivery options. We target to have your products delivered to you within 7 working days of you placing the order, however sometimes it might take longer. Delivery times can also be impacted by holidays, severe weather, strikes or bandhs.

  2. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):
    We are proud to state that we offer Cash on Delivery services for our customers. Cash on Delivery is charged at an extra of Rs. 80 per order, and is available for select pin codes. Upon checkout, please enter your pin code to verify that Cash on delivery is available for your pin code. We are constantly working on increasing our coverage of COD orders across India. Cash on Delivery is temporarily unserviceable.

  3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
    We are working to get international shipping up and running soon – drop us your interest at info@wickedgud.com and we will try and add your country to our list as soon as possible!

  4. CANCELLATION POLICY:
    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, but once they are dispatched, cancellations or modifications will not be possible.

  5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
    We strive hard to provide you with the absolute best in quality, but realise that sometimes there might be issues with the product that leave you dissatisfied. Our returns policy is laid out below to deal with such situations.

    • Damaged/Defective product: In case the packaging, or the product was defective or damaged, then please raise it with us at info@wickedgud.com. Subject to verification, we will have a pick up arranged and replace the order or give you the credits in your account for another purchase.

    • Wrong product shipped: In case we have shipped you the wrong product, please raise it at info@wickedgud.com and we will have it replaced with the correct product. Please allow us 7 working days to arrange the replacements.

  6. ORDER STATUS UPDATES AND TRACKING
    You can log into account to check for updates regarding your orders, and to track the order delivery. We use the following tags to denote the status of your order:

    • New: This order has been placed by the customer, and needs to be processed.
    • Processing: The order has started processing – this will now be printed as per requirements and packaged.
    • Shipped: The order has been completed and dispatched by WickedGud, and is on its way to you! You can track the order using the tracking information provided in your account or in the email.
    • On Hold: The order has been put on hold. This could be due to a specific request by you, or because we need more information, or have some technical difficulty. You can reach out to us using the Contact Us section to find out more about your order.
    • Cancelled: This order was cancelled, either by the user or by WickedGud If you want more information about this, please contact us.
    • Returned: This order was returned to WickedGud after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts at the address you provided. Please contact us for more information and to decide how to proceed with redelivery and the extra charges that would be incurred.
