HOW TO MAKE IT
-
Boil the macaroni in salted water for no more than 7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
-
In a baking dish, combine the cooked macaroni with milk, rock salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
-
Top with shredded mozzarella and layer the cheese slices over it.
-
Sprinkle chilli flakes on top.
-
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbling.
-
Check the cheesiness and stir gently before serving.
TIPS FOR THE BEST RESULT
-
Do not overbake. Pull it out as soon as the top turns golden to keep the inside creamy.
-
WickedGud multigrain macaroni holds its shape better than regular macaroni when baked, so it will not turn mushy.
-
Want more heat? Add a pinch of chilli flakes to the mix before baking, not just on top.
-
Leftovers reheat well with a splash of milk to loosen the sauce.
WHY USE WICKEDGUD MACARONI?
WickedGud multigrain macaroni is made with a blend of whole wheat and plant protein, giving it more fibre and nutrition compared to regular refined flour pasta. It cooks in the same time and tastes the same, so you get the comfort without compromising.
